Watch 5 Pro not receiving notifications

Since my S24 Ultra updated on the 27th Dec 2024, my watch 5 pro has not been receiving notifications like it used to. My watch doesn't vibrate if there are calls or messages. 

I've disconnected the watch from my phone and reconnected it with no luck. I've checked all the settings and they are as they should be but still, my watch isn't getting notifications. 

Any suggestions? It's tricky when I can't check my phone at work and rely on my watch receiving notifications

It might be worth clearing the cache of your watch.

I'm sure you've checked this but double check that Do Not Disturb isn't activated.
