Sync issue with Strava and Samsung Health

I need help with the sync issue

after so many tried i manage to have strava send workout data to samsung health but is there a way to sync old data to samsung health?
for example: i complete ride of 20km on wednesday and Sunday(morning) then i only manage to setup the connection between strava and samsung health evening of sunday but it only start to sync the new activity not the old activity
i download the Health sync app and try sync it but it is not working

Health Sync is a very good app for syncing fitness data between apps. Paid, app but very low cost. Paid version syncs historic data.

How did you get strava to talk to samsung health? I have a Samsung watch 7 and Samsung Galaxy S22 and I can get the watch to update Strava but it never updates Samsung health with my workouts/walks - it only records the dtrps on there.

You have to go into Samsung health>settings>services and connect Strava there. Be warned, it's happened where this had to be redone every few weeks with no fix found yet. Once connected you can refresh the Samsung health app and you should get the Strava workouts to sync there.
