Hello - I'm having syncing problems with the strava app.
I've had lots of runs that have synced fine between app and phone. A few weeks ago, I did a 10k run and the watch logged it as normal, said it had synced the data to the app, but it hadn't, and never showed up on it.
This evening I went for a 5k run after work, and guess what, somehow only 2.5k of the run was synced to the app. Its really starting to ***** me off, does anybody know what could be going on??

1. Disconnect Samsung Health in Strava Site
2. Disconnect Strava in Samsung Health app and reconnect.
3. It's OK.

Im having the same problem. I tried the steps, Samsung Health was not connected in the first place.
Any recommendations? TIA

Same exact problem. Would love to receive a solution. If this problem persist I don't see a reason to keep using this watch.
