smarttag+ "Notify me when it's found" not working

Hello

I am using Samsung #smarttag+  with Galaxy 23 ultra. I am unable to enable Notify me when it's found in the smart things app.

I am using smartthings 1.7.98.21

Any Idea on how to fix this?

That's probably because it is in reach. It only works when you really lost it and when someone else's phone connects with it (not directly but you probably know what I mean)

Actually the option "Notify me when found" only becomes available when the tag is not connected to the phone.  There is no such option when the phone is connected to the smarttag via Bluetooth.

"Actually", you're wrong. I have the same issue. It's because Samsung is stupid and unlike Google and Apple, still thinks we're in the 90's and region-licks the ever-living %$@& out of everything. OP, this is a region issue. You may ultimately have to remove the smarttag from your account, then delete your entire Samsung account and start again to try to register the smarttag in your region. Thanks a lot for nothing, Samsung.
