Sleep data not being shown - galaxy watch 3 and galaxy s10 plus

My Galaxy Watch 3 only shows the time I lay down, for example 9:33-6:34, and the time in between these, 9 hours, 1 minute.  Then "Couldn't get sleep records from your phone".

 

I have watched how to videos, spent endless hours trying to figure this out, but to no avail.  HELP PLEASE!  The sleep ap is one of the reasons I purchased this watch.

Same here. Same couldn't get message. Samsung don't seem bothered about a problem lots of people are reporting. I also have a Huawei watch which does sleep tracking brilliantly and has much longer battery life. It's less good in some respects but I need sleep tracking so this may well be returned
