I recently bought a s24fe and it had a offer for a free watch. I went to the claim page to claim it and filled in all of the details on 26 October and Nov its 1 Nov and they still saying " there processing it"

Hmmm I bought my s24fe on 26 October that's 7 days. They said on the claim page 5 more days

Yes it not approved yet. They said they are doing it and that it could take 5 working days

Yes that's pretty normal on their end, be patient, you will definitely receive your free gift, never had issues before and always received it within max 45 days when it was approved it 😊

I got a question. My s24fe is promoted as a whole day use of battery but I can only get around 8 hours out of it
