Samsung watch battery drain

Hey everyone,

I've got a watch6. And I have a battery drain issue. I have had 2 weeks of amazing battery lasting around 1.5 to 2 days. But suddenly now it is going down in less than 10 hours. I can't figure out why. There is no extra use on it and I've not changed any settings. 

It happened before and I did loads of research I ended up clearing the apps up. But I tried that again and it doesn't seem to work now. 

Any help would be awesome.

Have you turned off:

-Flick to show time
- constant Heart Rate Monitoring?
- constant oxygen monitoring
- AOD?

I found turning these off for my Watch 5 gives me almost 3 days. Albeit the watch 5 44mm has a bigger battery.

Alternatively, contact Samsung support and they can take it in for repair. My watch 5 stopped connecting with my S23+ and I sent it in and was back within a month fixed.
