So thanks to @SocietyGirl @Lucy C and the peeps at The Insiders I bagged another 50% off the Watch 8, well, nearly, some crazy ordering code would not let me pick the small strap as the watch is for the Mrs.
Some thoughts, firstly, about the Watch 8, it's been refined further, and the biggest improvement is the fit on the wrist. I much prefer the flatter profile, which means the best fit to date and lets be honest fit is everything for comfort and measuring the big list of SHEALTH attributes.
Beyond that UI8 works its magic on the UI, still not sure about the pill format, but love the Now bar, battery seems a solid 2 days, build is great, screen seems a lot bigger than its 44mm size.
Now compare it to the 6 Classic 47mm, tell me how on earth the W8 44mm looks bigger, crazy magic.
