Hiking is another one where the map can be exported (so 4 in total).
No other activity is supported at the moment.
Although it is a given that for activities where GPS is not used (aerobics, tennis, weight lifting etc.) GPX export will not be possible, it is strange that other GPS enabled activities (like bagpacking, orienteering, skating, etc.) do not have the option to export routes in GPX format (many also do not have the Route target option and therefore also the import GPX option).
