Hi,
I use a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2.
When I use Strava to track my Outdoor Running it never starts to track when I run. It does start working after like 10 minutes into my running. Why doesn't it track instantly?
Anyone know what the issue could be? It's quite useless and a bit scandalous for a smartwatch.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Testvd,
This is normal behavior for the Watch, since it starts tracking after 10 minutes. If you're running for a few seconds, you don't want to record that as a training, so we set a minimum for 10 minutes. If you want to measure the training directly from start, just start the training manually.

What do you mean by starting manually. I open the Strava app, hit Outdoor Run to start the training. So I do start it manually. But it just takes very long into the running before it starts tracking my speed and distance, it keeps on 0,00km and no speed is giving while I'm running using the Outdoor Run tracking on Strava. Other brands do not have this problem, start Outdoor Run and it just smoothly starts to track your speed and distance.

In that case it's an issue with the Strava app, not with the Watch. If you use the S-Health app, it should show a strong GPS signal when you are pressing manually 'Start training', then the countdown start and you can start running. If you want to track the training automatically, this will be done after 10 minutes.
How does it go when you use the S-Health app?
