Samsung Smart Ring

Bought a ring and used sizing kit to order size 12 which I thought was the right size however after wearing the ring since I noticed readings for sleep are intermittent which suggests wrong size I bought it mid Feb. Phoned samsung on Friday and was told I could get a refund and need to order different size which I thought was acceptable. Phoned today Monday and was told NO can't get refund as I have had it longer that 14 days . Basically go and buy another one the right size. If sizing kit had sensors I would have know correct size

This is unfortunate—I understand both sides. But how did it take longer than 14 days to realize it wasn't the right size? That feels like plenty of time to determine if it's a good fit. I guess the only option is to either sell your current ring and replace it or keep it.

Agree with @johnz237, but to add, the fit needs to be integrated a few scenarios to be sure, but all achieved in 14 days.

1. Initial fit
2. Exercise fit
3. Sleep fit

For me, 2 and 3 meant size 13 was too tight and packed it away after 3 days and returned it on the 5th day.

Options you have is another finger, I tried my pinky not ideal but worked including the pinch feature.
