So $1350 worth of hardware, and they don't talk to each other.
Why can I not go to my phone and set up a heart rate monitor to scan every ten minutes, and then have it actually do it, and have it output data to my phone?
I have Samsung Health on my GearS3C, and I have Saumsung Health on my Note 8.
What the carp.
Oh wait. Wait.
So it syncs with the S3, but if I want to do a pulse measure it wants me to do it from my phone? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a wearable?
edit:
So I did find out by clicking on the heart monitor in the 4-screen watch face and digging down into settings that I can set it to pull my heartrate every 10 minutes. It was convoluted enough that I can't exactly tell you how. Additionally, I'm not entirely sure if its actually moving over to the phone app.
