Ich habe meine Kopfhörer im September 2022 im offiziellen Samsung-Store in der Ukraine gekauft. Die Qualität der Kopfhörer erwies sich als unbefriedigend. Nach 6 Monaten Gebrauch fühlte sich einer der Kopfhörer klebrig an. Und nach einem Monat begann das Samtlaminat abzufallen und verwandelte sich in gewöhnlichen Kunststoff. Ich habe den Service kontaktiert und sie haben es durch ein neues ersetzt. Nun hat sich diese Geschichte noch einmal wiederholt. Und der zweite Kopfhörer fühlte sich wieder klebrig an. Für die Kopfhörer gilt eine zweijährige Garantie. Jetzt kann ich das Servicecenter aber nicht kontaktieren, da ich nach Deutschland gezogen bin und keine Kaufunterlagen habe. Schade, aber ich kann diese Kopfhörer nicht zum Kauf empfehlen. (

And after a month, the velvet laminate began to fall off and turned into ordinary plastic. I contacted the service and they replaced it with a new one. Now this story has repeated itself again. And the second earphone has become sticky again. The headphones are covered by a two-year warranty. But now I can’t contact the service center, since I moved to Germany and I don’t have any documents of purchase. It's a shame, but I can’t recommend these headphones for purchase. (
