The charging has been really problematic for several months now, and recently I've been getting constant notifications that the Buds 3 Pro are not charging, even though they are placed in the case. I have to keep adjusting the earbuds in the case to get them to charge, which is far from ideal. Given the recall of the Buds 3 Pro early on, this doesn’t give me much confidence either, especially since I preordered them in the first week. Could someone please let me know what the compensation for this would be?

Thank you for your message and feedback. Have you also checked is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors and of the Buds?
