Samsung buds 3 pro disappointment

I just received my buds 3 pro. I'm a little disappointed with brand.

It looks and feel cheap, it's  not touch (only touch for volume up and down), I hate to press that stick to change music or recive a call! It's 2024 samsung!! Also, it doesn't have the function of double tap earbud edge (this allow to volume up and down by tapping your ears in prior buds) I love that! The music and ambience sound is good, but not that superior that the buds 2 pro.

Stop copying apple and keep doing what you were doing in the past (innovating)

Theirs been a few problems with these down to poor quality control therefore have stopped take new orders until the issues with them are addressed. They was a date noted the other day mentioning the 28th August before further ones would be despatched but that could change.

I was looking at a pair yesterday and didn't think the tips were that flimsy, I wonder if they are being torn when removing or installing tips ...

Yes they are being torn when removed as I removed mine and I thought these would rip if I pulled to hard

I received an email before mine were to be shipped, about the quality issue so Samsung were gonna delay shipping. Which is fine HOWEVER I received said headphones 😆

I can agree with the OP that some of the functions do not work properly. The pinch to play/pause works on the right bud but I have to pinch hard

These buds look like trash, can't lie. The galaxy buds 2 looked sleak, without the stick... And it was a standout design that felt unique and premium. These just look like they're desperately trying to copy Apple. Will definitely, 100%, not be ordering. I'm happy with my Buds 2 pro... A design I actually enjoyed

They are being ripped on removing u have to be careful that's all as there on tight

The touch controls are abysmal. I have to swipe 2-5 times with perfect contact to adjust the volume. The click and hold to open wont open a specific app like Tidal, Pandora, YouTube Music...these earbuds suck. Their design philosophy is use bixby and spotify or go screw yourself. I hate them for  $180 and barely like them for $100. Pinch and hold feature might as well not exist. God ***** I hate myself for not returning these sooner.
