Hi, I recently got the Samsung Ring, but the heart rate variability seems high have 7 days average of 190ms.

According to the help, it should be ranging between 19 to 75ms. I have a Garmin watch and it is showing also typically less than 80ms.

Anyone have the same issue?

Hi and welcome, 190 is high, when I had my Ring it was around the same mark as my watch and closer to my Omron BP machine.

Which finger are you using it on, is it too tight?

If the basic reset doesn't resolve, definitely one for the Samsung store/Repair, that said not sure the Ring is repairable so probably a return or replacement.

Thank you very much for your reply! I only noticed it when the sleep score has been constantly high, while I definitely feel otherwise on some days, and my Garmin watch also tells me otherwise 😅
