Reconnecting Galaxy Watch 5 does'nt work

I have an issue with reconnecting to my newly bougth Galaxy Watch 5 after having lost connection.
My Samsung Phone A50 displays message " cannot pair with galaxy watch 5 (MD4F)"
The Galaxy Watch 5 displays message "reset your watch in order to connect with new mobile"
Restart of both items didn't solve the issue.
Does someone have a solution?

Hello @dgsn, have you tried resetting the cache on your watch? I had something similar and cache reset solved it. There are plenty of instructions out there and a couple of good You Tube videos I followed.
