Problem syncing playlist between phone and Samsung Watch 5ing

I recently purchased a Samsung 5 44mm watch.

 

I've been using the Samsung Wear app to transfer music on my phone to the watch. 

 

Manage Content > Tracks on Watch > Playlists

 

I then create a playlist and upload a folder of songs (with 200-300 tracks per folder). I am having the following problems

1. I can see the Playlist title on my phone but cannot see any of the tracks within that playlist on my phone. On my watch however, they do appear

2. I tried deleting an playlist from my phone. The playlist disappeared from my watch but not from the phone.  This also happens with songs - video attached

 

How do I resolve these issues?

Same here. Plus, there is a point when you tap the create playlist button  and doesn't create the playlist, but it appears in the watch, and can't be deleted in the watch nor the app, cause in the app doesn't show it.
