Problem adding mobile plan?

I just purchased the galaxy watch 3 from Samsung and I'm having problems adding a mobile plan onto it I've followed the instructions that it says to do it? The network I'm with is 02, has anyone else had problems?

yep its a bug apparently and we need to wait for a software patch i have the same issue I can't call out when standalone

Thanks for the reply mate. They better sort it out quickly then, you pay for the 4G version and end up having the capabilities of the Bluetooth version.

Hey mate that's good I'm glad you've got it sorted out for you😀 I went into the 02 shop to get them to set up a mobile plan on the watch for me but because I got my partner an apple watch less than 2 weeks ago they says I have to wait about 3 weeks before I can get it set up or it'll just decline it🙄
