One App not turning on screen for notifications

Hi

I'm using TickTick, notifications appear on my new Galaxy Watch 6 but they do not turn on the screen when they are received, the only way I see the notification is if I go to the notifications area. Tried everything suggested that I've read but no luck, anyone any suggestions?

It's Samsung S24. Used a fitbit versa 2 until today and worked with no issues. Thanks

Did you look under watch settings /notifications /advanced settings
