If my German is sufficient enough, I'd say the problem is that you're accessing it from your phone. You can't download it on your phone because your phone isn't running on the OS the watches run.

Wenn mein Deutsch ausreicht, liegt das Problem wahrscheinlich darin, dass du von deinem Handy darauf zugreifst. Du kannst die App nicht herunterladen, da dein Handy nicht mit dem Betriebssystem der Uhren läuft. Danke!
