My Galaxy earbuds connect through NFC And Bluetooth

Pull your Status bar down you should see NFC there

You should have the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone
Should be straight forward going through the app to connect and setup your watch

@Mohamedsr4   Firstly try resetting the app or reinstalling.  you may need to reboot your watch by holding the Home and back keys, also ensure the wearable app is up to date. some more information here  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/Smartwatch Not pairing
