@Mohamedsr4   Firstly try resetting the app or reinstalling.  you may need to reboot your watch by holding the Home and back keys, also ensure the wearable app is up to date. some more information here  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/Smartwatch Not pairing
