I have a Tab S6 with Galaxy Buds Plus and have a latency issue with Yuotube as well. I have tried to adjust the codec in the Developer listings but it changes back to the original codec when the tab restarts. I also downloaded an app by Soundbrenner which allows latency offset. This sometimes works when I run the app concurrent with Youtube but is not a true solution. The latency seems solved when I first start Youtube but after a couple of hours of use the latency becomes obvious. I use the buds with a S20 phone and don't seem to have any problem with Youtube there.
This may be a problem with some buds or with Tab S6s and not others.
Cant seem to find a solution. May be Bluetooth 5 is better on the phones than the tabs?
