It's not the grey scale setting. Had this for 9 days and black lines..can't even soft reset the watch. Anyone ever see this?

Im sure there is troubleshooting but this shouldn't happen in that time- I would contact customer support immediately and get it sorted- hopefully in some sort of return window is still open
