Issues with ECG setup

Hi there, it seems my watch doesn't detect my finger on the top button, is there anything I can do to rectify this, or find out if the sensor is broken before sending it off to repairs?

It's not the bezel that's the issue, more of the button, I think I'll just send it and see what they say
