Is it possible to turn off alarm on both watch and phone with just swiping on watch?

I’ve just got a Z Fold 4 with a Galaxy watch 5 and just set my alarm on the phone and it synchronised with the watch.  It went off this morning and I dismissed it from my watch but the alarm was still going off on the phone.  I had to manually dismiss the alarm on both devices.  Is it possible to just dismiss the alarm on one device and it stops on both?

On my apple devices if I dismissed on the watch, it dismissed on the phone also.

I have a Flip4 and watch 5 and can always turn off both alarms just with my watch. Is the watch linked to your phone through wearable app? Are the alarms on the watch set on phone or watch? They both need to to set to phone alarms not watch alarms to sync. You can see this on the watch itself

I initially set it on the watch and then set up on the phone.  I haven’t changed anything and it decided to work as expected this morning.
