How i can resolve this issue on Galaxy Wearable: "Couldn't connect to your earburds"

Hi there and warm welcome 👋

Where did you bought the earbuds from? Usually fake ones can't connect to the app but can connect to the phone.

Try Restart your phone, check any updates.

Hi @Charlesalb3  A few other ideas if you are up to date and restarting does not help:

Disconnect and Repair

Go to the Galaxy Wearable App,Earbuds settings-Reset.  You will need to go through the set up procedure again.

Put the Buds back in the case and close the lid,wait for light to go out and after around 7 seconds try connecting again. If to no avail could also try charging the Earbuds for about 30 minutes.
