Hissing sound when using adaptive

Not sure if the new software will help solve this but i have a real annoying hissing sound when I use adaptive or ambient sound on my new buds 3. A reset didn't sort it completely. Chatted with support and they suggested to post here and wait for software update....

I too am facing the same issue. Did you get any resolution?

Hi, yes the software update sorted my issue. See if there is an update for them, failing that contact support they are very good.

I am getting this issue right now, i reset them and there aren't any software updates. What do i do?
