Which Buds do you have and have you tried much Troubleshooting?Try the following suggestions:
Place the right Bud in the charging case by itself and if the LED indicator turns red and then green remove the Bud and repeat the process until it hopefully stays Red.
However if to no avail You may need to manually reset the earbuds, insert into the charging case and close the lid. Wait around 10 seconds and remove the earbuds,see if restart and automatically and connect to your Device Another idea is to Factory Reset. if on one Ui 8 you need to do this via Main settings. Tap the Buds connection, go to About Earbuds and Reset, Tap Reset again in the Manage Connection Settings. However if on one Ui7 the Buds settings are still in Wearable App. Go to Earbuds Settings-Reset. You will need to tap Reset again to confirm.
otherwise may need an inspection.
