Help Ear buds not working

I am trying to pair my new buds to my new phone. Outside the case is showing green. When I open the case there is also a green light. However when I remove one of them or move it in the case. The light changes to red. I am holding the buds for 3 seconds until the green light flashes but it's not doing it.

Is this a Samsung phone?
Have you installed Galaxy wearable?
Do the buds show up on your Bluetooth devices for you to pair with them?
The tef light means the case is charging the buds.
If you have a Samsung phone and the wearable app your buds should connect when you open the case with the buds inserted. But you might need to check in your Bluetooth list too.
Of your phone is not Samsung you have to pair manually

Yes its a Samsung z3 flip
I have the galaxy wearable app
No its not showing on my Bluetooth list for some reason.
