Hi,
Recently my strava app via my Galaxy watch hasn't been tracking my heart rate while doing all exercises. The software is up to date and I've restarted it loads. I've repositioned it, I've cleaned it. All sorts but nothing is working. It will start by tracking then loses it and it won't come back.
Anyone else experiencing the same? Any solutions on fixing it? I'm on a program where I need to track the calories I am burning.
Thanks

Yes same issue here. Strava and Galaxy watch is a terrible setup. I ended up in the workaround, meaning using samsung health to record my trainings and sync with Strava. That stops working every month. So I got back to Strava recording syncing with the Strava app on my phone. Now the hearthrate data is missing. This is no fun at all excercising and getting frustrated after your workout due too this.
