Hi every body. From the last update a can not monitor heart rate on my Gear Fit 2. It stop to work after a few minutes and remain blocked.
I hopped it will be solved urgent, but already 3 month without any intervention from Samsung. Please solve this problem.

If the steps of clearing cache, cookies and data and as a last resort a back up and Factory Reset do not resolve the issue then I would suggest using a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre who will be able to help you.

This is a known issue reported multiple times to Samsung.
Please look at this thread here:
The problem effects gear S3, gear sport and gear fit 2 pro.
The problem also effects multiple regions.
The problem is with the samsung health app on the watch.
The problem has been submitted to the dev team and we are yet to have a response....months later.
