I've raised this issue directly with Samsung support two weeks ago and have only received canned responses and no help whatsoever...
My profile on my gear fit 2 and Samsung health shows my correct height, but the value used for my bmi calculation on Health is actually the same value as my weight! (Implying I am increadibly short, and therefore putting my BMI through the roof!) I have tried reinstalling the app but results are the same.
Is anyone else seeing this issue or, better still, manged to fix it?
