Hi,
After a few months now my Gear S2 Balr watchband has broken. I can't find a place to buy a new one, and seen a post on this community to have it replaced.
Please let me know what i need to do to qualify for a new one.

The BALR edition was exclusive to the Netherlands. Have you been in touch with one of the Samsung Support teams there to see what they can do for you?
