Galaxy watch ultra

Good morning all, i am wondering if anyone has any tips or could possibly help.

I have the galaxy watch ultra and I have set it up following videos from YouTube and from my past as I always buy samsung products and smartwatches but for some reason my watch do not vibrate when I get a call or text, I have it set up on Bluetooth as my network do not support smartwatch yet as I'm on id mobile uk, it shows a notification but because I work in an environment where it's noisy most time I set my watch to vibration it connects perfectly to my s24 ultra, just frustrating that I miss calls.

Do you have the phone on you while working? It might be that the Bluetooth has disconnected if the phone isn't in range. Also have you been in the watch settings > sounds and vibration. make sure vibration is on long strong. Go through call vibration to find the best one that suits you. Make sure all notifications are on, and do not disturb is off and not synced with the phone.

Yeah my phone is in my cargo trousers pocket, I never had this problem when I had my galaxy watch 6

Reboot or restart both devices. Then see if the watch vibrations with calls.

I had to turn wrist detection off to make it work as I have a half sleeve tattoo now it works perfectly
