I’ve had for a week the watch ultra and nobody can get the thing to connect to my phone in the updated wearables app. It keeps saying “Device not found/scan again.”
I'm with Xfinity mobile and one of their techs said they are having issues with phones that aren’t the lastest. (s24,zfold6, and z flip)
can anyone confirm this?
The Samsung phone compatibility page doest’t include phones for the watch ultra. Just the watch 6 and earlier
so frustrating
