hey everyone,
I recently purchased watch ultra but unable to activate the eSIM and use the LTE feature. eSIM has been activated from my operator side but still when i go to Samsung Wearable app it says Error:4001.
I contacted my operator and they say it is because I am using Google Pixel phone it is not compatible with this watch.
anyone is facing the same issue or has anyone fixed this issue?

Just going the same problem. After 10 hours talking Samsung and EE and countless factory resets. Apparently you must have a compatible Samsung phone connected to setup LTE on the watch. So I just purchased a secondhand Samsung A15 running android 14 to setup watch with LTE. hopefully I will be able to pair to my favourite Android device afterwards.🤞

Hello I was have the same problem but it's Solved Finally.
You Must To use For esim activation a Samsung mobile phone with Android 11 OS and 2 GB of Ram on minimum.
After The activation is done and made the setup on watch you can if you like reset the watch without losing the esim setup and reconnect again to any android phone.
