Galaxy watch ultra eSIM setup issue

hey everyone,

I recently purchased watch ultra but unable to activate the eSIM and use the LTE feature. eSIM has been activated from my operator side but still when i go to Samsung Wearable app it says Error:4001.

I contacted my operator and they say it is because I am using Google Pixel phone it is not compatible with this watch.

anyone is facing the same issue or has anyone fixed this issue?

Have you tried doing the setup on mobile data instead of wifi?

Many of us are having various issues with the Ultra watch ,LTE and Network operator it wouldn't suprise me if this is related.

Have you got the latest version of Wearable app installed? There was an update recently.

Just going the same problem. After 10 hours talking Samsung and EE and countless factory resets. Apparently you must have a compatible Samsung phone connected to setup LTE on the watch. So I just purchased a secondhand Samsung A15 running android 14 to setup watch with LTE.  hopefully I will be able to pair to my favourite Android device afterwards.🤞

I am on s24 ultra. I am facing same issue. Error  4001. Can you help me to get LTE on my galaxy 6 watch
