Galaxy watch Pro 5 swim screen

Since the last update, whenever I do a swim using the Samsung swim widget, the swim screen goes off and is replaced with the watch face. I can't see the swim activity so can't see lengths swam or pace.
I've restarted the watch, reset the watch, made sure always on screen is on, firmware and everything is up to date. Contacted Samsung but they were useless and didn't help at all.

Any advice?

We recommend that you turn on the notification settings (notification permission) of the Health app as follows: - Notification on/off setting: System settings > Notification > App notification - Or notification permission of the app: System Settings > Application > App list > Select app > Permission > Notification

This happens to me also and when doing any workout screen doesn't stay on returns to clock face ? Anyone Any advise ?

It might be worth sending feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too for Samsung to analyse and possibly reply with help.

Thanks for the advice. I've already sent feedback via the app and phoned them twice and still nothing from them
