Regarding the user interface of the Galaxy Watch 7 and subsequent models, I would like to offer some feedback.

I find that the heart rate data graph is not to my liking. I am quite fond of the stress graphics, specifically the way they are presented as a line that fluctuates. I would prefer to see the heart rate data displayed in a similar manner, or at the very least, have the option to choose between the two styles.

If I recall correctly, the heart rate data used to be displayed as a single line in the past, and this style is also available on third-party watch faces. I believe it would be beneficial for Samsung to provide users with more options regarding how their heart rate data is visualized.

Since this customization is available for workouts, I am curious as to why it cannot be implemented for the standard view.

Based on research, Samsung replaced the continuous, real-time heart rate graph on the Galaxy Watch with a min/max bar chart in an update around November 2021. This modification was implemented to address inconsistencies and gaps in the older continuous sensor readings, aiming for a more consistent data visualization. While the new bar chart displays average, high, and low heart rates within specific timeframes, user feedback indicates dissatisfaction due to the removal of the preferred immediate, continuous visual feedback.

However, it is imperative that users advocate for the freedom to customize data visualization. Given the advancements in the new bio-sensor technology on Galaxy Watch 7 and subsequent models, which should provide more accurate readings, customers should have the option to configure data representation for an optimal user experience.
