Hi I've put a request in for the free galaxy watch after pre ordering the s24 ultra and it's been approved but I've not heard anything for about 2 weeks has anyone got any idea how long it normally takes just wondering

When I put my claim in I got an email saying I would receive my watch by the 14th March.

I think it must be in high demand the watch 7 will probably be out by the time I get it

Did you put a request via the link? Demand has been high, but do get in touch with them!

Yes it was by the link because I missed it on pre order so had to wait to receive the phone first to apply which was approved so I'll just have to twiddle my fingers until it arrives

They state:

"Once your claim has been approved, we'll send your reward directly to the your address details provided on your Claim Form within 45 days.

We'll let you know once this has been sent"

If it has been longer, I would contact them.

I pre-ordered the S24 ultra and the watch was delivered along with the phone even though the delivery date stated 2 weeks later.
