Galaxy Watch 5 going slow and not responding

Why is my galaxy watch 5 going slow and not responding. I get a text on my phone and it doesn't always come on my watch and it don't react to my alarm going off anymore. I try and move from screen to screen and it goes so slow. I'm tried resetting it and everything but no luck its hit and miss but its not even a year old 😪 is this a common fault or have any been recalled?
