I purchased Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Note 20 5G from Hong Kong, however after coming to Mainland China, my watch cannot connect to Galaxy store and I basically cannot update any apps on watch from the phone. I have been quite disappointed and researched. Some suggested deleting a protocol from the computer and rebooting the watch. May I ask is this way feasible? Are there any detail steps on how to reconnect my watch to Galaxy store on my phone?
