Galaxy watch 2 stuck in reboot

I bought a watch off somebody today, knowing it was stuck in a boot loop. I'm pretty good with tech so I figured I could fix it easily. But I've tried everything. I've held the power button and attempted every option in Odin mode. Nothing works. It just starts the samsung logo all over again. Also, when I put it on the charger, it'll stay solid red for all of 5 minutes and then it starts flashing red. Even if I select recovery in the reboot menu, it just goes back to the Samsung logo. If I select wireless download, it keeps rebooting while saying wireless download instead of the Samsung logo. The only screen that stays solid is the download option screen. Any ideas?
