Hey!
I recently purchased the Buds3 Pro from an official Samsung store here in Paris, France (Samsung - La défense) and have been having issue after issue.
I there's two problems that I can't seem to get over when using the Busd 3 pro.
Constant loud hissing from left bud when in ambiant mode, and also a painful high pitched squeal when insterting the left bud.
Right bud not recognising my ear, no matter which tip I use, it's a battle to use them and not be disconnected and connected constantly. No issues with other buds in the past.
I've tried everything in the book to fix this, reset and pairing again and again, as well as the other "fixes" suggested here and elsewhere.
What should I do? Do I need to return them? If so, would I need to return to the same store?
