Galaxy buds pro - Case light not properly indicating charge status

I was wondering if anyone could help me. 

I have the galaxy buds pro first generation. The case light shows red/green while physically charging the case, but then when they are done charging and I open the case, the light inside the case does not light up to indicate if the buds are fully charged or not, nor does the light on the outside of the case show to indicate the ammot of battery left in the case. I have to open the case and look at the pop up window on my phone to see the charge status of both. Anyone have any ideas on how I can rectify this? Thanks.

You may shout at me for suggesting this but please stay with me as I try and sort out your issue..

As the lights are all to do with the charge and charging status of the case and buds please make sure you are charging them with a good quality wireless pad or cable and power brick with adequate power output.

If you are doing all of the above I can only suggest contacting samsung and they will help you further and possibly ask you to reset them
