Galaxy Buds Pro 3 - Multiple Issues and Disappointment! Need Your Help

Hi everyone, I'm a big fan of Samsung products and have been using their devices for a long time. Recently, I purchased the Galaxy Buds Pro 3, but honestly, I’m starting to feel disappointed due to some issues I've faced. I hope you can help or share your experiences if you've encountered the same problems. Here's a list of the issues: 

1. Uneven charging problem: I've noticed several times that when I place the earbuds in the case, the left one stops charging, and when I take it out, I find it hasn’t charged at all, creating a big difference in battery levels between the two earbuds.

 2. Battery life: The battery is supposed to last 8 hours without ANC and 6 hours with ANC, but during calls, the battery drains in less than 4 hours. Even in normal mode, the battery never reaches 8 hours as advertised. 

3. Sound delay: When typing on the keyboard, I notice a delay in the sound of key clicks, which is quite annoying. 

4. Issues with the right earbud tip: The tip makes a noise similar to "skritch" when I move my neck, and it's quite annoying. I've tried changing the tip, but the alternatives don’t feel comfortable, or they reduce the effectiveness of the noise-canceling feature. 

5. Earbuds synchronization: When switching between calls and normal audio, there are sync issues between the earbuds, and this problem occurs consistently but at random intervals. 

6. High-pitched noise: Occasionally, when the earbud moves in my ear, it suddenly produces a high-pitched noise, which is uncomfortable.

 I've tried various solutions like resetting the earbuds, but unfortunately, I don't feel that these earbuds are living up to the "Pro" name. Instead, I’m even considering going back to my old $20 earbuds, which provided me with a better experience! I would really appreciate your help in solving these issues or any advice you may have. Has anyone else experienced the same? --- Good luck! Hopefully, the community will help you find a solution to your issues.

Well i do not have a solution but,

1. I noticed this also. Happens from time to time. Not sure, but could be related to loosing contact between buds and loading port.

2. Battery live is very bad. With ANC and High Quality Audio the total battery life is way below 10 hours.

3. Dont have any smartphone sounds

4. not noticed

5. not noticed.

6. could be fixed with firmware update but not sure yet.

No 6 is common in other brands as well so it is ok ...but the bettery live with anc and high quality ..and with a call on ...not 5 hours even

I have also encountered several problems.

1. During calls, sometimes my voice distorts; it is so bad that the receiver cannot understand anything. This is very annoying.

2. Battery life is very poor.

3. Charging problems: sometimes the buds do not charge while in the case.

4. The paint is starting to disappear where it rubs against the case.

I am using a Samsung phone, and there are still many issues. I am very disappointed.
