Hi, i use mine (have tried) with my Buds2 and Buds3 Pro and Samsung Book2 Pro.
You can find a workaround, doesn't offer much more and I found I used the mobile or buds touch to control ANC, etc..., note I only installed it to see if solved the microphone issue, it did not, but that's a Windows 11 thing.

* Reach out to Samsung support and explain your situation. They might be able to provide an alternative solution or escalate your request to have a standalone installer made available.
2. Third-Party App Stores:
* Some third-party app stores might offer the Galaxy Buds app. However, be cautious when downloading apps from unofficial sources, as they might contain malware or not be the official version.
3. Sideloading:
* You could try sideloading the app, which involves downloading the app package (.appxbundle) from a trusted source and installing it manually. However, this is not officially supported by Samsung and might not work or cause issues.
Note: Sideloading apps from untrusted sources can pose security risks, so proceed with caution.
If your IT team is willing to install a standalone app, it's worth contacting Samsung support and exploring the possibility of them providing an alternative solution.

Seamless connectivity between my phone (music) and work PC (MS Team calls). I also have mic issue on win 11 so was hopeful too.

What laptop are you using, assuming it's non Samsung Win11?
Of so microphone issue is Win11 and seamless connection never works properly with our without the Buds App.
