Hi! This is quite odd.

Go to settings- Sound and vibrations- Sound quality and effects- make sure Dolby Atmos and UHQ upscaler are turned on.

May also be worth
1. Open Settings
2. Select Apps
3. Tap the Sort icon (down arrow with three vertical bars)
4. Tap Show system apps
5. Tap OK
6. Tap Bluetooth
7. Tap Storage
8. Tap Clear cache
9. Restart your device

This also may be worth doing on apps you listen to music on.

Make sure all apps are fully updated too.

So it's greyed out thr clear cache and data and won't let me press it

Ah yes. This is weird. Okie, I would go to settings- search reset- go to reset- Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

Do you have the same audio settings and using the same source music/sound to compare? Are you using Dolby Atmos?

Yeah i transferred everything from my old phone to the new to match my settings

Hmm it really shouldn't be any different, have you any other earbuds to see if it's the same?
