Galaxy Buds 3 Pro one earbud not charging

So I've had my buds for a while and for some reason the left earbud is very hesitate to charge while the right one is fine, it charges ever now and then but I've checked the buds and the charging contacts and nothing is wrong with it. Is this a software issue?

Have you tried cleaning the contacts? And making sure they are snug in the case?

I've had the same issue with buds fe and plus , only the left one in both cases , very weird

It's so strange sometimes it charges when the case is wired charging. Currently cleaning it again to see if that's the issue

I think it must be a bug , my buds fe played up first , right had 96% left had 8% so put them on charge, thought I'd try buds plus and bugger me the same issue , the buds fe took a good 4hrs to get the left to 100%

Now you say that it could be a software bug, because it's refusing to charge because of moisture or foreign material but it still doesn't even register its in the case with it open

My Left earbud isn't charging either. Software update won't work.  What did you end up doing? There's obviously a glitch in the system.
