Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro charging case and could use some advice. The case isn't charging itself or the earbuds, and it seems completely dead (no LED light when plugged in). The earbuds themselves work fine but aren't charging when placed in the case.

Try charging the case via a wireless charger or reverse wireless charging with your mobile if available. This will confirm if the port is damaged or if the case itself is dead.

It's like the case is not responding to anything.
So how can I get another original case ?
